Trans-Phil Land Corporation was before a part of Trans-Phil Group of Companies which was established in 1973. Our company itself was established in 1975 as a general construction company. It caught the boom years in overseas construction, particularly in the Middle East, partnering abroad with big German contractors.

When the boom years in overseas construction petered out in the early 1990s, Trans-Phil returned home to the Philippines. With its valuable experience gained abroad it has since concentrated in building quality residential townhouses and commercial buildings in Metro-Manila.

In over 40 years, we have a perfect record of 100% completed which include delivery of finished units to buyers and selling every property we have started. We delivered 678 townhouse units and counting.
