Data Land, Inc. is in the business of real estate development focusing on residential developments, retail and commercial developments, and hospitality and leisure developments.

Currently, the Company has several ongoing projects which include a mixed-use high-rise development in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City and a residential condominium in Sta. Mesa, Manila; a boutique hotel in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan and the Data Land Industrial Park in Tanauan, Batangas.

Future projects include a mixed-use high rise development along Shaw Boulvard, a 130-hectare residential beachfront resort in Puerto Princesa, Palawan and horizontal projects in key areas of interest throughout the Philippines.
