Established in 2009 as a wholly owned real estate arm of Injap Investments Inc., Injap Land Corp. is a real estate company engaged in various horizontal and vertical development projects.
In July 2012, Injap Land Corp. is now renamed DoubleDragon Properties Corp., a 50/50 Joint Venture between Injap Investments Inc. headed by its Chairman Edgar ‘Injap’ Sia II, Founder of Mang Inasal Philippines Inc., and Honeystar Holdings Corp. headed by its Chairman Mr.Tony TanCaktiong who is also the Founder and Chairman of Jollibee Foods Corp.
DoubleDragon Properties Corp. is envisioned to be one of the largest commercial and residential property developers in the Philippines by year 2020.
