Elanvital Enclaves, Inc. (EEI) is an upstanding real estate developer that strives to forge and strengthen family bonds through high-quality homes and communities, offering well-designed home solutions that address the various requirements of the modern Filipino family.
Established in November 2011 and managed by a team with decades of real-estate experience in the country, EEI’s first project is Nostalji Enclave, a 13.1 hectare development in the heart of Dasmarinas, Cavite, with an estimated value of P1.7B. With this initial project’s growing success, and a ready and extensive landbank to draw from, this is surely the first of many more to come to be added to EEI’s portfolio.
With the family’s needs in mind, EEI upholds its commitment of creating well-designed homes and communities located in a quiet and peaceful suburban environment, while providing them with practical convenience, maintaining a comfortable proximity to commercial establishments, transport hubs, schools, hospitals, and other urban amenities, in order to provide the best of both worlds for its buyers.
