Profile
Cityland Development Corporation (CDC), formerly Statehouse Land Development Corporation, was incorporated on January 31, 1978 with the primary purpose to help Filipino families realize their dream of owning a real estate property. The group started by marketing residential, industrial, and agricultural lots in Cavite and Bulacan that registered a total sales of 15,343—more than 600 hectares of what used to be raw land. Because of the company’s drive to continuously learn new methods and ideas that it can incorporate in its projects, CDC can now take pride in its solid reputation. Among the company's projects are Makati Executive Towers I, II, and III, Corinthian Executive Regency, Manila Executive Regency, and Rada Regency. CDC has two subsidiaries—City & Land Developers, Inc., a real estate company, and Cityplans, Inc., a pre-need firm. Cityland Development Corporation is located at 2/F Cityland 10, Tower 1, #156 H.V. Dela Costa St., Makati City.
