Company Overview
The M-R Group of Companies has been in the real estate
investment business since 1967 with the
establishment of thefirstcorporation.
Armel Investment Company,
by its founder, Romeo M. LIamzon.
Since then, they have grown and
branched out in development,
commercial leasing, memorial park,and banking.
Their investments are mostly in the
province of Rizal, namely in the Municipalities of
San Mateo, Cainta, Taytay, Antiplo and Montalban.
They also lease out 5 two-storey commercial buildings in
Marikina City,known as M-R Realty Center.
 
One of the companies, Bankers REalty Investments
Corporation developed a house and lot project for Home
DEvelopement Mutual Fund known as the New
San Mateo Subdivision located in
Guitnang Bayan I, in San Mateo, Rizal.
 
The ownership and management of all companies in
the M-R Group are composed of the heirs
of the late Romeo M. Liamzon. Since his demise in 1991,
the companies have been spearheaded by his
eldest son, Romeo Thaddeus R. Liamzon.
 
On the 2nd day of July 2008, Romeo Thaddeus R. Liamzon
registered another company with
SEcurities and Exchange Commission,
which is his own ARTEL LAND CORPORATION.
