Let's talk about about Ownership Investment

Basically there are 4 types of "Ownership" Investment

1. Stocks

2. Real Estate

3. Precious Objects

4. Business

1.  STOCKS

A share of the value of a company which can be bought, sold, or traded as an investment.

Stocks

PROS
  • There is a Certificate that mentions you own a portion of a company. It's a Pride that you own a portion of that big company. It's like other businesses, It's one time big time. It's like Gambling but you can study it to know where to put your money.
"People often panic when the markets go down and sell off their stocks - but then they aren't in the game when the markets are doing well." - Suze Orman

CONS
  • How long can you wait? Stocks is long term, you need to study how it works and what is the ups and downs of the company of where you want to invest. Stocks is tricky. Sometimes you'll put a big amount of money in Company XYZ to get a high return but after 10 years the company didn't earn as much as  you think. just like any other business, It's also a risk.
  • It's virtual. You can be hacked.

2.  REAL ESTATE

Property consisting of land or buildings.

Real Estate

PROS
  • Real Estate can be your home and sell it afterwards with a high profit. You can never go wrong with Real Estate because it's in the top 3 needs of a Human Being. Food, Shelter and Clothes.

CONS
  • Sometimes when you buy a property it doesn't appreciate because of external obsolescence so make sure if you buy a property the Location should be in a Developing stage. Of course Research before you buy a Real Estate Property, Check what would be the Developments around the Area.

3.  PRECIOUS OBJECTS

Objects that are bought with the intention of Reselling them for a Profit. Example: Gold, Diamond, Silver, Painting or any thing that has value.

Object

PROS
  • The good thing about this kind of Investment is its value is fixed. Sometimes 20 years from now the Value will remain the same.

“In reality, there is no such thing as an inflation of prices, relative to gold. There is such a thing as a depreciated paper currency.”

— Lysander Spooner

CONS
  • It can be stolen from you because it's just an Object unlike other Investment they have papers to prove that you're the owner. You can put your name in the Gold bar but with the help of heat we know it'll be easily removed.
4.  BUSINESS

Creating a Product or Service and selling it to people who want it, entrepreneurs can make huge personal fortunes.

Business

PROS
  • Having your own business is fun and it's in your own hands on how you can make your Business profitable, you have the control. You need to be innovative and patient when it comes to business.

“It’s not about ideas. It’s about making ideas happen.” —Scott Belsky, Behance co-founder

CONS
  • Business is fun you'll be your own boss but you'll also have to consider the taxes and other government requirements that will also cost you.

                                      Bottomline:

5.  All of these are "Investments" but where do you think you want to invest your money?

I'm a millenial and I want to try all of these of investments. Every little piece of

- Stocks (I'm not sure if I can do stocks, I'm not aware)

- Real Estate (I'll avail the Pre-Selling offers of some developers)

- Precious Objects (Mayble I'll buy jewelries so I can also use it)

- Business (I think small online business will do)

  • Because I believe source of income should not only be in one basket. You know what I mean? Yas. I forgot to mention there is also mutual funds out there and I want to try it as well because there are lots of policies you can choose from.
  • You dont know when these investments will fluctuate its value it's all about decision making. I'm in my 20's and I want to be sustainable as long as I live. I want to start in this early age because I think it's a lost of opportunity if we don't we have investments, Google and Social medias are there to educate us about almost everything. It's just up to us how we would use the technology.

6. But for me I think I'll invest on Land Banking, After all for me Real Estate says it all. It's the only investment that is "Real".

You'll have titles and contracts. No one can steal it from you.

So are you a Millenial? What is your choice of Investment? I'd like to hear from you guys.
